Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Salary: £13.75 - £15 per hour
Hours: Shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Contract Type: Initial temporary contract with the opportunity to move to a permanent contract after a successful probation period.

About the Role:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Comfortable with outdoor learning and incorporating it into daily activities.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
