A multi-disciplinary consultancy with three offices in the Southeast is seeking a Building Surveyor with party wall knowledge and skills.
This role is ideal for a general practice Building Surveyor interested in party walls, working within a close-knit team.
The salary for this position ranges from £45,000 to £55,000, along with benefits such as 28 days of annual leave and private medical insurance.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar practice, with party wall experience being essential.
An MRICS qualification is preferred but not mandatory, and a RICS accredited degree is required.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on a range properties for predominantly public sector clients, delivering the full scope of building surveying services (general practice), with a focus on delivering party wall services.

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree
Party wall experience is essential
2+ years within a similar practice
