Reward Analyst
Location: Based in Liverpool but can be worked remotely
Contract: Initial 12-month contract, likely to be extended

An experienced Reward Analyst is sought to support a range of reward and compensation projects on an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have experience providing strategic and operational HR expertise within a collaborative and positive working environment.

You will be joining a wonderful, friendly, and genuine team that values curiosity about data and the stories it can tell, with a passion for turning insights into action. We're looking for someone who will be the go-to person for all things data relating to reward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the analysis and implementation of reward and compensation strategies.

  • Assist with benchmarking, salary reviews, and job evaluation processes.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives related to reward and benefits.

  • Be the go-to expert for data-driven insights in reward and remuneration practices.

  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align reward structures with business objectives.

  • Support the delivery of training and guidance on reward management practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in reward analysis and compensation strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • A curious mindset, with a keen interest in uncovering the stories behind the data.

  • Experience with benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills to present data-driven recommendations.
