Commercial Litigator Solicitor - 3 years + PQE

To work for a Legal 500 Top Tier Practice who are recruiting for a vacancy at a niche, multi-award-winning firm renowned for their expertise in commercial Litigation, commercial debt recovery, contract litigation, and enforcement.

Abilities, Skills and Experience

Candidates must demonstrate competence in offering advice and services related to debt recovery, commercial litigation, and enforcement.

  • Experienced in managing debt recovery and contract claims.
  • Possesses excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Attentive to detail with robust organisational skills.
  • Skilled in communication and negotiation.
  • Capable of independent and collaborative work.
  • Exhibits sound judgement and decision-making capabilities.
  • Well-versed in the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 and contract/commercial law.
  • Has advocacy experience.

Salary and Benefits
