We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and inspiring Health and Social Care Teacher to work on a supply basis in secondary schools and sixth forms across the Wirral. Whether you're an experienced teacher or a motivated ECT, this is a great opportunity to deliver engaging lessons and support students aiming for careers in healthcare, social work, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Health and Social Care lessons to KS4 and KS5 students

  • Plan and adapt lessons to meet varying student needs (where required)

  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Assess and monitor student progress

  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Health and Social Care (KS4/KS5) in a UK school or college setting

  • A passion for the subject and commitment to student success

  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
