Sonic Summary

Two staff members are needed for various estate tasks across the North West.
Responsibilities include grounds maintenance and clearing waste from Sanctuary Properties.
Candidates should have previous experience in cleaning void properties or grounds maintenance.
The role may involve heavy lifting, so physical fitness is required.
A full UK manual driving license is mandatory for applicants.

2 x Staff required to carry out variousestates tasks across the north west. This includes Grounds Maintenance , Clearance of waste internal and external from with in Sanctuary Properties. Would suit someone with prevouise clearance and cleaning off void properties and or Grounds Maintenance Experience. May involve heavy lifting so must be physically fit.

Must have a full uk manual driving license
