Job Title: Business Change Project ManagerRate: £550 per day (Inside IR35)Location: Remote-based, with travel to Preston and other UK sites as requiredStart Date: On or around 16th June 2025Contract Length: 3-month contractOverview:We are seeking an experienced Business Change Project Manager to lead and deliver change initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will focus on driving business transformation and ensuring the successful adoption of change across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex change projects, working across operational and strategic levels, and delivering measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.* Engage with senior stakeholders to define change scope, objectives, and success criteria.* Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects or workstreams.* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support adoption of the changes.* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment and successful implementation.* Produce and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, risk registers, and status reports.* Monitor progress and performance, providing regular updates to the PMO and leadership team.* Support communication and training plans to ensure business readiness and smooth transition.* Travel to Preston and other UK sites as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
