We are looking for an experienced chef, live-in or out, for an established multi-faceted business - part of a national UK company.
It is a busy operation serving breakfast, lunch and dinner - earliest start 6am and latest finish 8pm to core company spec menus.
You need your own transport to get here.

CHEF - IS THIS YOU?
- Experience as a chef in a branded high street style business - high volume and fast paced
- Passion for cooking great food
- A strong understanding of kitchen compliance and legislation
- A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail
CHEF - YOU WILL:
- Prepare and cook the company core menu
- Work alongside the head chef and FOH team
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene & safety and cleanliness
- Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to
