The Role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple Electrical projects across Lancashire.
You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery - from planning and coordination through to completion - ensuring that works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Electrical projects from pre-construction to handover.
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
  • Attend client and progress meetings, providing regular project updates and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company H&S policies and industry regulations.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the M&E contracting industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical services.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial builds is highly desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Full UK driving licence.
