Credit Controller!Preston

Adecco are supporting our logistics company and are looking for a Credit Controller- based in the office Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week

Managing and overseeing the credit control process to ensure timely collections.Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth transactions.Monitoring and reporting on customer accounts to minimise risk and maximise cash flow.Collaborating closely with the sales team to resolve any disputes or queries.Conducting credit checks and assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.Preparing reports and presenting findings to management to aid in strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.Strong understanding of credit control processes and best practises.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
