- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and online platforms
- Helping resolve queries, complaints, or order issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Using internal systems or CRMs to track cases and follow up with customers
- Working with internal teams (e.g. sales, logistics, or admin) to support customer satisfaction
- Supporting general office or operational tasks as needed
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal

- Experience in any customer-facing role (retail, office-based, call centre, etc.)
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
