An innovative and internationally active law firm is seeking a Locum Property Solicitor with strong Real Estate Finance experience to join their Manchester-based team on a remote or hybrid basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a firm known for its high-calibre transactional work, advising both lenders and borrowers on complex financing arrangements. The team regularly handles deals involving multi-let office buildings, development sites, care homes, industrial estates, residential portfolios, and hotels, often with cross-border elements.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with solid experience in real estate finance
- Strong familiarity with LMA documentation
- Ability to manage transactions involving senior and mezzanine financing
- Experience working with banks, funds, developers, and offshore structures is highly desirable
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
