Role Overview:Join a well-regarded full-service law firm in Blackburn as a Solicitor / Litigation Executive within their expanding Personal Injury team. You will manage a caseload of fast-track and multi-track personal injury claims from inception to conclusion. Responsibilities include reviewing evidence, preparing witness statements, drafting court documents, and negotiating settlements. A strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and civil litigation processes is essential.Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Personal Injury
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload of fast-track and multi-track personal injury claims from inception to conclusion
  • Experience reviewing evidence, preparing witness statements, drafting court documents, and negotiating settlements
