About Our School:We cater to pupils with complex SEMH needs, many of whom have experienced trauma, exclusion, or difficult life circumstances. Our staff are passionate about creating a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment using trauma-informed, attachment-aware practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 and small group behaviour support in and out of the classroom.

Building positive, consistent relationships with pupils to support re-engagement with learning.

Supporting with emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and social skill development.

Working closely with pastoral teams, therapists, and teachers to deliver tailored strategies.

Promoting restorative approaches and positive reinforcement.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working in SEMH, PRU, or youth support settings.

Excellent behaviour management and de-escalation skills (e.g., Team Teach or MAPA trained).

Understanding of trauma, attachment difficulties, and emotional development.

Resilience, humour, and a reflective mindset.
