Role Overview: We are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Preston and the surrounding areas. In this rewarding role, you will provide vital support to individuals with a range of needs, helping them achieve their personal goals, and improve their overall well-being through tailored assistance and encouragement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in their own homes with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

  • Provide emotional support and companionship, developing meaningful relationships that contribute to clients' happiness and well-being.

  • Encourage and support clients in participating in social and community activities, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.

  • Aid clients in building life skills and achieving personal goals, helping them gain independence and self-confidence.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met effectively.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, comprehensive care for each individual.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in a care-related role in the UK.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A genuine empathy for others and a passion for helping people.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR) are a plus.
