Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business studies teacher to join the team. This permanent role is perfect for someone who is truly passionate about teaching business and business processes and how it shapes the world we live in today.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective Business lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching strategies.

Participate in school activities and events.

Build positive relations with each class to encourage engagement.

Communicate with parents about behaviour if necessary and on parent’s evenings.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching Business at the secondary level (AQA, Edexcel, OCR)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students.
