We are currently recruiting a CNC Turner for our carbon ring manufacturing client based in Leeds, Pudsey (LS28 6QR)
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MAZAK / MAZATROL OR XYZ PROGRAMMING
Previous setting/operating experience working on other CNC turning machines will also be considered.
Pay rate dependant on shift.
Shifts available are:
DAYS (Monday-Thursday) 06.00am-14.00pm & (Friday) 06.00am-12.30pm
Pay rate on this shift 16.02
OR
LATES (Monday-Thursday) 14.00pm-23.45pm
No Friday (3 day weekend)
Pay rate on this shift 20.18 (16.02 plus 26% shift allowence)
The role:
- Must be familiar with working to tight tolerances.
- Producing finished components to drawing specification from New and existing machine programs and adjusting off-sets during running control.
- Ensuring all inspection operations are conducted and controlled to procedure using internal and external micrometers and CMM equipment.
- Documenting and reporting quantities and time operations on SAP and paper.
