Our client, a respected and award-winning AJ100 architectural practice based in West Sussex, is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their established team. Renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable designs across a broad range of sectors, they offer comprehensive architectural services from concept through to completion. With an impressive portfolio and a strong industry reputation, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will have significant post-qualification experience and will ideally be CIAT accredited. You will have excellent technical abilities and brilliant knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant post-qualification experience within a UK-based architectural practice
  • CIAT accreditation or be actively working towards it
  • Strong technical detailing ability and thorough knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential); experience with AutoCAD is a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in residential schemes (advantageous)
