We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Architectural Technologist who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality working drawings while ensuring full compliance with the latest UK Building Regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3 years' experience in the UK Architectural industry to take their career to the next level.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the UK Architectural industry
Relevant Architectural Technologist degree qualification
Extensive knowledge of current UK planning policies, Building Regulations, materials, and construction techniques
Experience working across all RIBA stages
Proficiency in Revit/BIM is essential
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign
Strong communication skills for presenting information to stakeholders
A genuine passion for design and upskilling towards the latest advancements in Architecture

This successful Architectural Technologist will be offered a competitive salary between 35,000 - 45,000, dependent on experience, as well as comprehensive support for your ongoing professional development.
