New Homes Sales Consultant - Sunday Cover (Ongoing)West Sussex | Sundays Only | £12.50 - £14 per hour

We're seeking an experienced and polished New Homes Sales Consultant to provide ongoing Sunday cover at a prestigious residential development in West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a premium new homes scheme, working as part of a friendly and professional on-site team.

As the face of the development on Sundays, you'll play a crucial role in welcoming prospective buyers, conducting viewings, and supporting the sales process to the highest standards.

This role is ideal for experienced property professionals who are looking for consistent, part-time weekend work with a luxury edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register visitors to the marketing suite

  • Conduct engaging and informative show home viewings

  • Build rapport with prospective purchasers and understand their needs

  • Follow up on enquiries and communicate with the wider sales team

  • Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are impeccably presented
