Our client is a specialist trust dedicated to supporting young people with complex needs. They operate on a beautiful site in Surrey with expansive grounds, providing a supportive and collaborative environment for both students and staff.
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
- Devise, develop, and implement therapy for individuals and small groups.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 18 students, setting termly targets.
- Assess students upon admission and conduct annual reviews.
- Supervise Therapy Assistants.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team alongside Occupational Therapists, Dramatherapists, and Music Therapists.
