Description

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to address queries.
• Support the accounting team with audits and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and manage the accounts payable inbox efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounts payable.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

• Relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar role in accounting & finance.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
