SLH Consult are partnering ourclient a national housebuilder who are looking to appoint a freelanceAssistant Site Manager for a residential site in Northampton,.consisting of high quality new build traditional and timber frame houses for private sale.
The successfulcandidate will have a minium of 3-4 yearsprevious experience gained fromworking on residential housing sites, possess a valid SMSTS, & CSCS card and be able to take plots from first fix through to completion, must be able to organise trades and ensure high levels of buildquality is maintained, whilst ensuring customer care is kept to a high standard.
This position would be ideal for a candidate who is readily available either looking for a freelance opportunity that could lead into a permanent position.
