Job Title: Assembly Support Operative
Location: Rainham, Essex RM13
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: £12.21 Per Hour
Shifts: Mon-Fri (8:30am - 4:30pm)
HRGO Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Assembly Support Operative to work in the Rainham Essex RM13 area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the assembly line operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly of products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly line equipment.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products.
- Ensure the assembly area is clean and organized.
- Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Consolidate stock, to maintain and manage space.
- Restock assembly cells with purchase stocks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Working Conditions:
- Standing for extended periods.
- Working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to noise and machinery.
