I am seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2C Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and implement comprehensive B2C marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights to inform campaign development.
- Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, influencer marketing, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling messaging.
- Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Oversee SEO/SEM, paid media, and website optimization efforts.
- Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms) to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Use segmentation and personalization to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members or external agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
