I am seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2C Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong consumer brands.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2C marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights to inform campaign development.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, influencer marketing, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling messaging.
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, paid media, and website optimization efforts.
  • Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms) to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Use segmentation and personalization to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members or external agencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of branding and storytelling techniques.
