As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing our client base by delivering exceptional service, facilitating engaging development sessions, and aligning our innovative solutions with client goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in account management or a commercial role who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
What you will be doing:- Managing and growing key UK and EMEA client accounts through regular engagement
- Understanding client goals and aligning them with our solutions
- Supporting and delivering client-facing sessions, webinars, and development days
- Facilitating learning around our psychometric tools and digital platform
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction
- 2+ years in a commercial or account management role
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and a client-first mindset
- Organised, tech-savvy, and confident using CRM and digital tools
- Degree-level education (Psychology or Business preferred)
- Willingness to travel and be office-based during probation
