We’re working with a fast-growing software provider that delivers innovative solutions to accountancy firms across the UK.

Due to a strategic shift towards a fully integrated auto-renewal model, the company is expanding its sales team to ensure clients continue to feel valued, supported, and engaged. As part of this growth, they’re seeking a confident and ambitious Internal Account Manager to manage, retain and grow existing client accounts.

In this role, you’ll own a territory of named customers—building relationships, securing renewals, and identifying new commercial opportunities within your portfolio. You’ll play a key part in transitioning customers through the auto-renewal process while also identifying upsell opportunities, running account reviews, and driving client success.

Alongside this, you’ll act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and will contribute directly to revenue growth. This role offers plenty of variety and would suit someone who enjoys developing lasting customer relationships and making a tangible impact on team success.

We’re looking for someone with solid SDR experience and a track record in phone-based B2B SaaS sales. You’ll be proactive, confident, target-driven and hungry to build your skills in account management. Previous experience selling into the accountancy sector would be a bonus, but a positive energy, strong phone manner, and a self-motivated approach are more important.
