The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £45,000, and candidates should have sufficient experience as an ARB-registered Architect with a strong portfolio.
The role involves managing projects through all RIBA stages, acting as the main client contact, and ensuring design quality and sustainability.
Candidates should be personable and articulate, with a proven track record in leading bespoke residential projects and a sound knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring quality, clarity, and attention to detail
Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the process
Coordinate consultant and contractor input to ensure smooth delivery on site
Champion design quality, sustainability, and thoughtful detailing
Contribute to team learning and the evolution of studio processes

Requirements:

ARB-registered Architect with sufficient experience Part III
Strong portfolio demonstrating design flair, spatial awareness and detailing skill
Proven track record leading bespoke residential projects
Personable and articulate, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
Comfortable working one-to-one with private clients and interpreting their needs into thoughtful design
Proficient in CAD and confident sketcher
Sound knowledge of UK planning, building regulations, and construction detailing
Calm, collaborative and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
