Site Manager/ Construction Manager

Outside of scope of IR35
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to take control of health & safety and work control on a live construction site. The project is a new-build modular laboratory, now in its final stages and requires a Site/ Construction Manager to see through completion.
What you’ll be doing

Owning site health & safety and work control

Issuing work permits and work packs

Reviewing SSOW and RAMS

Conducting site audits and inspections

Deconflicting work packages and managing interfaces

Keeping standards high as the project crosses the finish line
Essential

SMSTS
-
CSCS Managers Card
-
Proven experience managing construction sites safely and effectively
Desirable
-
SC Clearance
-
NEBOSH Construction (or equivalent)
-
NVQ Level 6 / HNC / HND / Degree (or equivalent)

Experience operating as Principal Contractor within a complex, regulated build environment
