We are seeking a Car Park Customer Service Assistant to join our Network & Parking Services team. This role is based at either Queens Road or Broad Street Mall car parks and offers an immediate start. The position is ideal for someone proactive and approachable, ready to ensure a safe and positive experience for all car park users.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work 37 hours per week on a rota basis, 5 days out of 7, with shifts scheduled between 6:00am and midnight. This includes covering holidays and events, with working days varying from Monday to Sunday depending on operational needs.
  • Ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of the car parks.
  • Provide a visible security presence, assist members of the public, and carry out regular patrols and inspections.
  • Operate parking control equipment and handle cash in line with procedures.
  • Respond to queries and complaints, liaise with the police and local businesses.
  • Undertake cleaning, maintenance, and basic repair tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
  • Basic computer skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
