We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Car Park Customer Service Assistant to join our Network & Parking Services team for a 6-month assignment.
About the RoleYou’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and cleanliness of our car parks while delivering excellent customer service to the public. Based at either Queens Road or Broad Street Mall, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a visible security presence and assisting customers
- Conducting regular patrols and inspections
- Operating parking control equipment and handling cash securely
- Responding to queries and complaints professionally
- Liaising with police and local businesses
- Performing cleaning, maintenance, and basic repair tasks
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Experienced in customer service, with strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and reliable, with a hands-on approach
- Committed to health and safety, equal opportunities, and high service standards
Essential Requirements:
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work shifts between 6:00am and midnight, including weekends and public holidays
