- Strong end-to-end understanding of Developer Services operations, including current digital systems and capabilities.
- Proven experience in delivering customer-focused change initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to analyse complex data and insights to make clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- A collaborative, inclusive, and improvement-driven approach to working.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a matrix-managed Business Services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Competitive salary offering from £32,700 to £40,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
- Annual leave: 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays).
