Founded over 50 years ago, a very successful sub contract precision engineering manufacturer based in Reading are looking for a CNC 5 Axis Miller to join their team. The company produce high precision components to the aerospace, motor sport and tooling industries. The Role - CNC 5 Axis Miller, Offline Programmer
The company are looking for a CNC 5 Axis Miller who can both program set and operate via Heidenhain controls. The ideal candidate will also be able to program offline ideally using OneCNC, although they are willing to train the right engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work for a very successful and growing company.
Duties - CNC 5 Axis Miller, Offline Programmer
- Program, set and operate a CNC 5 Axis Milling machine via Heidenhain controls.
- Program offline via OneCNC
- Producing high precision components in one offs or low volume components.
Requirements - 5 Axis Miller, Offline Programmer
- Experienced programming, setting and operating CNC 5 Axis Milling machines.
- Experienced in either Heidenhain controls.
- Advantageous to have experience offline programming, OneCNC would be ideal although other software is accepted and the company are willing to train the right candidate.
- Experienced within a high precision manufacturing environment.
