Description

The Credit Controller will be responsible for:

  • Oversee credit control operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
  • Manage and maintain customer credit files.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes.
  • Prepare and present credit reports to the management.
  • Work closely with the accounting and finance team to achieve objectives.
  • Identify improvements to credit control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
  • Solid understanding of credit control principles and best practices.
  • A foundational level in excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant finance software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
