Description

The Credit Controller will be responsible for:

Oversee credit control operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
Manage and maintain customer credit files.
Liaise with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes.
Prepare and present credit reports to the management.
Work closely with the accounting and finance team to achieve objectives.
Identify improvements to credit control processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
Solid understanding of credit control principles and best practices.
A foundational level in excel.
Exceptional communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant finance software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
