Credit Controller - Permanent - Reading (4 days per week in office) - £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join an excellent client of ours based in Reading on a permanent basis. This role is hybrid, with an office requirement 4 days per week and 1 remote day per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for building positive relationships and somebody who enjoys working towards targets.
The duties of the roles include:
- Proactively manage and collect outstanding debtsÂ
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Handling and resolving customer and stakeholder queries over the telephone and email
- Performing regular account reconciliations and ensuring accurate allocation of payments
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working within an office environmentÂ
- Ideally have experience of working within finance / credit control, though this is not essential
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a strong rapport builder
