Autism Resource Administrator
- Required September 2025
- 32.5 hours per week
- Mon – Fri 8.05am to 3.05pm
- Term Time only + 5 INSET days
- NJC Points 5 - 6
- £18,646 – £18,941 per annum
We are looking for an administrator to ensure the effective operation of systems and procedures within the Autism Resource Centre.
The successful candidate will:
- Establish effective working relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Work well under pressure and prioritize effectively
- Be passionate, flexible, and proactive in the role
- Support practices to promote positive pupil behavior
- Ensure compliance with statutory Health and Safety requirements
Duties include:
- Preparation of paperwork for Annual Reviews
- Taking and distributing minutes for Annual Reviews and other key meetings
- Supporting the Head of Autism Resource with administration tasks
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring the effective storage of resources
- Liaising with the LSA Assistant Manager regarding TA timetables and deployment
- Ensuring the timely ordering of resources required across the BMW Centre
