Do you have the resilience and empathy to support young people who need guidance, structure, and understanding?

A supportive SEN and SEMH school in Reading is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work closely with pupils who experience behavioural, emotional, and social challenges. This full-time role is ideal for graduates or individuals aspiring to work in psychology, youth work, education, or mental health services.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support students with needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, trauma, and attachment difficulties, helping them manage behaviour and access learning in a positive way.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting students to regulate emotions and behaviours
