A specialist SEN school in Reading is recruiting a proactive and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who require additional guidance with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social development.
This Behaviour Mentor role is particularly suited to individuals interested in mental health, youth work, psychology, criminology, or education, and offers valuable experience working with children who may have faced trauma or adverse experiences.

- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning. You will collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and therapists to implement behaviour and support strategies.
