Join one of the leading companies in the water industry! Our Resourcing team is vital to its success, managing over 400 roles at any given time. Due to growth, we have multiple temporary positions (3-6 months) available and are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team.


Available positions:

  • Engineering Resourcing Co-ordinator(Full-time: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM)

Role overview:

As a Resourcing Co-ordinator, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and a passion for people. This role offers a fantastic entry into recruitment, perfect for motivated and diligent individuals. Based in central Reading, we offer hybrid working options in line with our client's policy.


Key responsibilities:

  • Volume screening of candidates applications through the Applicant Tracking System
  • Conducting telephone screening/interviews
  • Booking and confirming interviews
  • Tracking candidates through the selection process
  • Collaborating with our Employment & Skills team to support candidates facing job barriers
  • Sourcing candidates from leading job boards
  • Handling general queries via calls and emails

  • Proficient IT skills and quick learner
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
