What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth vehicle sales process
- Maintaining accurate vehicle stock records
- Coordinating customer orders and preparing files for handovers
- Organising vehicle registrations and taxations
- Liaising with workshop teams to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery
- Preparing invoices and handling essential documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in administration (automotive industry experience is a plus, but not essential)
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel (experience with Kerridge is a bonus)
- A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
