On behalf of our valued client, a leading waste management company based in Theale, we are seeking experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 Skip Drivers to join their team.
As an Skip Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe delivery, exchange, and collection of skips to a diverse customer base. You will play a vital role in maintaining our client's reputation for prompt and professional service.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate HGV Class 2 skip vehicles for the delivery, exchange, and collection of skips.
- Provide excellent customer service to both domestic and commercial clients.
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes across Berkshire and surrounding areas.
- Ensure accurate completion of delivery and collection paperwork.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Adhere to all relevant road traffic laws and EU driving regulations.
- Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving license.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid Digital Tachograph card.
- Proven experience driving Class 2 skip vehicles.
- No more than 6 penalty points on your driving license
Shifts: - Monday to Friday
- 06:30am- 16:30
- Overtime and weekends available.
