In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support your colleagues with the business applications our client uses.
We are looking for an IT Applications Support Analyst with significant experience working in a similar role, who is customer service focused and can demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
It is essential that you have demonstrable working experience within ITIL Frameworks, managing and troubleshooting software, apps, and programmes such as:
- Jira
- Salesforce
- PureCloud
- Powershell
- SQL
- PowerBI
- Microsoft Office 365
- Datadog
- Microsoft Azure
