Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our team in Berkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging language lessons, fostering a love for languages, and helping students develop their linguistic skills and cultural awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging MFL lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and language acquisition.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
- Organize and participate in language-related extracurricular activities and school events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the MFL curriculum and contemporary language teaching practices.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the MFL curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
