This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded individual to take on high-quality work, support partners on transactional matters, and manage a caseload with autonomy.The RoleThe successful candidate will join a well-structured and collaborative Commercial Property team, working on a broad range of matters, including:

  • Handling commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Drafting and advising on commercial leases, renewals, and ancillary documents such as licences to assign, underlet or alter
  • Managing property portfolios for occupiers and landlords
  • Providing property support on corporate transactions
  • Advising on secured lending matters
  • Identifying risks and offering pragmatic, commercial advice
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients, colleagues, and third parties
  • Engaging in business development and contributing to the firm's commercial profile

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial property.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently, with partner oversight where necessary
  • Strong technical drafting and communication skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and commercially aware
  • Comfortable engaging in client development and networking activities

  • 1 Solicitor
