The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join its well-established team. This role is perfect for someone looking to step up into an Associate or Senior Associate position within a growing department led by approachable, supportive partners.

You’ll act for a wide range of clients including private businesses, high-growth start-ups, property investors, developers, universities, charities and multinational PLCs.

? Types of Work You’ll Handle:

  • Commercial lease work – office, retail, and industrial
  • Investment acquisitions and disposals
  • Development work – residential and mixed-use
  • Secured lending and finance transactions
  • Advising landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers

You’ll also collaborate across the firm with construction, litigation, residential property and tax teams for joined-up client service.

  • 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property (Associate or Senior Associate level)
  • Confident in handling a varied caseload independently
  • Experience working with a diverse commercial client base
