A well-established Legal 500 firm in Reading is looking for a newly qualified solicitor (or up to two years PQE) to join its dynamic Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team on a range of commercial, technology, intellectual property, and non-contentious construction matters. You’ll gain experience in contract drafting and negotiation, data protection, intellectual property, and providing due diligence support for corporate and banking transactions.  The team works across diverse sectors, with particular expertise in technology, automotive, and construction, serving clients from large corporations to start-ups. There is also potential for the successful candidate to work remotely or flexibly in-house for clients, gaining unique exposure to both private practice and in-house work.  Key responsibilities include handling your own caseload, assisting with business development activities such as webinars, networking events, and client meetings, as well as building relationships with clients and professional contacts.
