What You’ll Do:- Handle a diverse caseload including:
- Care proceedings
- Emergency Protection Orders (EPOs)
- Inherent jurisdiction matters
- Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
- Provide clear, strategic legal advice to Children’s Services.
- Represent clients in court with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced child protection lawyers.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with expertise in child protection law.
- Proven experience managing complex public law children cases.
- Strong advocacy and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to start immediately.
