Service Care Solutions is working alongside exceptional local authority, based in Berkshire, with needs a Principal Contracts lawyer to manage their Corporate Commercial team.   • Provide expert advice on commercial contracts, procurement, and public sector frameworks.
  • Manage and supervise a team of lawyers and paralegals.
  • Advise on various boards within the Council.
Key Requirements:
  • Current practising certificate and entitlement to practice in England as a Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience of contract and procurement rules and regulations. Experience with JCT & NEC contracts and company law is desirable.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
