About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our Contract Novations workstream team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of contract novations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track responses from suppliers and report on progress.
  • Highlight priority contracts without responses.
  • Chase suppliers who haven't responded.
  • Update contact details.
  • Record interactions with suppliers.
  • Upload and save signed Novation Consents & Deeds of Novation.
  • Track changes in the contract register.
  • Investigate contracts to report relevant terms relating to novation.
  • Liaise with the legal department to ensure all documents are properly signed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Contract Novations workstream team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience providing administrative support in a legal setting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident handling data.
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with commercial contracts and suppliers.
  • Experience with DocuSign.
  • Experience with contract management systems or databases.
