About the Role:Capio is excited to be partnering with a highly regarded law firm to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal. This is an outstanding opportunity for a detail-focused legal professional to join a thriving property department and support a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction to post-completion

  • Prepare legal documentation including contracts, transfer forms, and completion statements

  • Conduct property searches, manage Land Registry applications, and liaise with HMRC for SDLT submissions

  • Maintain regular contact with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors

  • Manage and progress a caseload under supervision

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

  • At least 6-12 months of experience in a conveyancing paralegal or assistant role

  • Strong understanding of the residential property process

  • Excellent communication and client service skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

  • Competence with case management systems and Microsoft Office

  • A legal qualification (e.g., LLB or LPC) is advantageous but not essential
